By purchasing or using services from DesignAnySpace, you agree to the following terms:
1. Overview
DesignAnySpace provides digital access to a QR checkout tag generator that allows vendors to create print-ready tags connected to their own Stripe payment links.
DesignAnySpace does not process or handle customer payments.
2. Digital Product Access
Purchase of the Vendor Checkout Pack grants access to generate up to 25 QR checkout tags.
• Access is for the purchasing vendor only
• Access may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
• Tag generation is limited to 25 per purchase
Additional tags require a new purchase.
3. Payment Processing
All customer transactions made through generated QR codes are processed through the vendor’s Stripe account.
DesignAnySpace:
• Does not process payments
• Does not hold funds
• Is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or payment issues
Vendors are solely responsible for managing their Stripe accounts.
4. Vendor Responsibility
You agree that:
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the Stripe link you provide
• You are responsible for pricing entered into the tag generator
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
DesignAnySpace is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the vendor.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, layouts, and generator tools provided by DesignAnySpace are the intellectual property of DesignAnySpace.
You may use generated tags for your business only.
You may not:
• Resell the template
• Copy the generator system
• Claim ownership of the design structure
6. No Guarantees
DesignAnySpace provides tools designed to streamline checkout processes.
We do not guarantee:
• Sales performance
• Customer conversion rates
• Business profitability
Results depend on vendor implementation.
7. Limitation of Liability
DesignAnySpace is not liable for:
• Business losses
• Payment disputes
• Technical errors within third-party platforms (including Stripe)
• Printer or formatting issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once access has been delivered.

9. Modifications
DesignAnySpace reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
